Our Team

Jason Weldon serves as the Director of Construction of OKCS. Before graduating with a Bachelor in Architecture from Boston Architectural College, he joined Shepley Bulfinch, an architectural firm, where he worked on a variety of new multi-family projects focused on student living.  After five years, Jason took the opportunity to explore the construction & development industry further, and accepted a position as Project Manager for HSRC, a family-operated, real estate development firm in New York City.  During his time at HSRC, Jason assisted the firm in managing ground-up & commercial construction, in addition to the necessary building maintenance within their portfolio.  He later relocated to Tampa Bay, where he was born & raised, to work as an Owner’s Representative for Milhaus.  While at Milhaus, Jason managed third-party, multi-family projects in Florida and eventually became the Director of Construction Services, overseeing all third-party construction services for Milhaus. Jason joined OKCS in November 2021 to oversee construction for third-party multi-family projects in Florida.
